Welcome to portalpulse.ai. The Site is comprised of various web pages operated by PortalPulse, a product of Media Garcia ("PortalPulse"). The site is offered conditioned on acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein without modification. Your use constitutes agreement to all Terms.

PortalPulse is an automated CRM diagnostic and monitoring service that provides platform health checks, issue detection, and guided remediation.
Privacy
Your use is subject to PortalPulse's Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy, which governs the Site and informs users of data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting portalpulse.ai or sending emails constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications are satisfied whether provided electronically, via email or on the Site.
Children Under Thirteen
PortalPulse does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under thirteen. If under 18, you may use the site only with parental or guardian permission.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property

Service Description
PortalPulse connects to your CRM platform instance via authorized OAuth to perform automated health checks and diagnostics. One portal equals one connected platform instance. Scanning requires read access; remediation features require write access which you may revoke at any time.
Subscription & Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the then-current rate and may be cancelled at any time. Quarterly prepaid subscriptions honor your rate for the 3-month term. Refunds are governed by our 30-day guarantee: if PortalPulse does not surface actionable findings in your first 30 days, you receive a full refund.
Third Party Accounts
You may connect your PortalPulse account to third party accounts (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). By connecting, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about your platform configuration (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information shared in this manner, do not use this feature.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PortalPulse and Media Garcia, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms, such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
